The Weigh In!
Today was the end of the work week so I decided to also make this the day that I post my weight update and my picture update each week.
To stay consistent, I will always be using the scale at my gym for the official weigh in.
Last weeks weight: 254
9/19/08: 249
For those of you who struggle with math, that is 5 pounds. Wahoo!!!
My goal weight is 200 pounds, so I'm almost there. Hahaha. 49 pounds to go.

which is the before and which is the after? I don't mean that to be mean, but I'm just curious.
When I did the layout the before picture was on the left and the after was on the right. When it posted it shifted the before picture lower than the after. So, in short, the black briefs are the before and the green are the after.
you know what, I totally could tell the before and after before I even looked at the labels. You look more "puffed" up, muscle-wise in the after picture. It looks like your muscles were worked out all week, then slowly it will all start shrinking down around your muscles more. Good for you!!
